Show Don't Tell: Matthew 12:22-32
Instead of saying "Jesus warned about the unforgivable sin," track the accusation. They bring a demon-possessed man, blind and mute. Jesus heals him completely—he sees and speaks. The crowd wonders: "Could this be the Son of David?" But the Pharisees: "It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons." Jesus dismantles their logic: a kingdom divided against itself falls. If Satan drives out Satan, his house crumbles. "But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you." Then the terrifying warning: "Whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come." To see the Spirit's work and call it demonic—to persistently attribute God's power to Satan—puts you beyond forgiveness. Not because God can't forgive, but because you've rejected the only source of forgiveness.
