The Potter Who Uses Broken Pieces - Wesleyan (Romans 8:28)

A Japanese art form called kintsugi repairs broken pottery with gold, making the cracks visible and beautiful. The philosophy: breakage and repair are part of the object's history, not something to hide. God works similarly. Romans 8:28 promises He works all things together—but notice: "for those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose." Our responsive love participates in God's repair work. We don't passively wait; we cooperate with grace. The gold in our cracks is visible testimony to what God can do with broken pieces offered back to Him.
