IllustrateTheWord.com is operated by ChurchWiseAI LTD. We offer a Premium subscription ($9.95/month) that unlocks full access to our library of 26,000+ sermon illustrations. All subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel:

Your Premium access continues through the end of your current billing period.
You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Your account reverts to the free tier once the billing period ends.
Your saved favorites and account data are preserved.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

Self-service: Go to your Profile page and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view invoices.
Email: Contact us at support@churchwiseai.com and we will process your cancellation promptly.

Refunds

Because IllustrateTheWord Premium provides immediate access to digital content upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you believe you were charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us within 7 days at support@churchwiseai.com and we will review your case.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the advertised rate.

Billing Disputes

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at support@churchwiseai.com before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and can usually do so faster than the chargeback process.
